About The Company
Vacation Los Cabos is a luxury rentals platform based in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur that offers a range of high-end accommodations.
You will be prompted to pay your pending amount (50% of the total) + refundable deposit 15 days prior to arrival. This deposit is fully refunded 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
You will be asked to pay 50% of the total amount in order to confirm your reservation.
There are no cancellation charges as long as you notify the cancellation 7 days prior to your intended arrival day. Please make sure to cancel your reservation 7 days in advance, otherwise there will be no refund offered. Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.
Our guest relations manager will contact you by email a few days prior to arrival in order to arrange your check-in.
You can check in any time from 4 pm to 9pm (on request from 9pm).
Whenever possible, we do accommodate for an early check-in, free of charge. There are some factors that would not allow us to accommodate for this, such as same-day checkout and check-in. Ask your Personal Concierge for more details.
Check-out is at 11 am on your day of departure. If you need to stay any longer, you can request a late check-out at additional charge. However, this will depend on availability. In a worst-case scenario, we can safely keep your belongings at our office during the day.
Whenever possible, we will allow for a late checkout, for a small additional fee. Different homes have different rules regarding a late checkout.
There is nothing we love more than to see a guest return. Of course we offer discounts for your loyalty, you just have to ask!
Every property has a minimum age requirement found on the listing information. Our minimum age required is either 25 or 30 yrs depending on the property selected.
Airport transfer is not included in the rent but can be arranged by Vacation Los Cabos team.

Absolutely! Please send us your flight information and headcount in your party and we will arrange an airport transfer for you. The driver will meet you at the airport and drive you to your rental home for you to check in. Property Management
The first step is to get in touch with our Business Development specialist. They will arrange a meeting at your property (we usually ask for photos of the property in advance), see if your home is a good fit for our portfolio, and go over your tailor-made management proposal. If you choose to work with us, you will sign a management agreement with our lawyer and check the permits and licenses to start renting together. We will request access to the property to do an initial inspection, so our operations team (cleaning and maintenance) can check everything before starting to rent. We always aim to get your holiday rental ready as soon as possible. When your home is ready for guests, our team handles everything you need to start making money, such as:
